Yes— the warm brush of oceanic air was extremely comforting. Being home— how he missed the salty taste. Sora had just arrived at the island; lazily slumping his body down into the comfort of white colored sand. It has been a year since he’s gotten a chance to relax— since he’s been home. This feeling was amazing, and oh so soothing.
The keywielder yawned, the waves tickled not to far away from him— singing him to sleep. Just like the good old days……His eyes slowly wandered around. Not much has changed. That was definitely good.
Ears twitched, as he recognised the crunching of footsteps approaching behind. Quickly, Sora cocked his head, and met with the familiar flow auburn hair dancing with the wind. “Kairi!” he spoke excitedly, giving her a toothy grin.
Kairi had decided to go on a walk today - and she was soon glad she did. Upon arriving at the beach, she spotted all too familiar brown spikes in the sand, and ran over, slowing down to a walk when she got close. She stopped when her friend stirred, recognizing her. She smiled back at him, giving a wave. “Hi Sora!”

Unsure of what to say to his red haired friend, after having not seen her in some some, Riku remained out of sight, away from her for a moment before deciding to approach the smaller teen, he was being ridiculous, Kairi would greet him as she always had, of that he was sure. But regardless, he still felt unsure, and so had approached her quietly, “it’s been a while, Kairi,” he finally said lowly after a moment in greeting.
The redhead jumped a little at Riku’s voice, spinning around on her heel, a grin breaking out on her face at the sight of her best friend. “Heya Riku! It has been, huh?” Her grin dimmed to just a warm smile as she folded her hands behind her back, her head tilting slightly. “How’ve you been? Not lazing around too much, I hope.”
