Kairi had hoped that discovering where she came from would trigger some from of memory, something to confirm it. For all she knew, this woman could be lying - though she seemed too sincere for that to be it. Needless to say, Kairi was once more disappointed in her lack of remembering, but tried not to show it, putting on a small smile instead. “I’ve been well. And yourself?”
“I’ve been..alright.” she smiled back.
But in all honesty, she didn’t know how she was. If anything, it felt like she had been asleep for years now but she knew that wasn’t right. Worlds and faces flashed in her memory, how long had she been traveling around for? It didn’t matter now.
Kairi could guess something was wrong, but didn’t call her out on it - instead, she only nodded, understanding. “That’s good~ oh! I don’t think I ever got your name..?”
